Leah Stickley - The Chief Peeler

The Chief Peeler


Leah believes in being fun, firm and fair while training and facilitating. She strongly believes in the potential of people to learn and adapt to new environments and situations, given the right learning environment.
 
With over 20 years of experience in teaching, training, facilitating and coaching, she has delivered a range of programs and now focuses on Cross Cultural Training, Presentation skills, Teambuilding programs as well as coaching and facilitation. She has worked with British, French, Chinese, American and German clients with a variety of functions: HR; management; operations; support staff; R&D.
 
Leah delivers cross-cultural adaptation programs to recently arrived expatriates to China, as well as Chinese departing for international assignments. Over recent years, she has worked with over 100 senior managers from leading global companies. Her clients include GE, UTC, Alcatel, Dow Corning, Corning, Kraft, and Westinghouse.
 
She has also created bespoke programs for Cross Cultural Awareness Training, HR Leaders Training, Management Teambuilding Retreats, Presentation Skills and facilitated Strategic Planning sessions for Saint-Gobain, Portman Ritz-Carlton, Continental and The Standard Chartered Bank.
 
Leah has always worked in a multi-cultural environment. In the UK she worked with multi-cultural groups of adults learning English. In France, she worked with French managers. In China, she has worked not only with Chinese managers but also managers from Europe, India, Japan, the Americas, Australasia and South Africa.
 
MBTI Step I & II, Firo-B accredited administrator and a Microsoft certified trainer for presentation skills. She likes to use video in her programs as the best way to give long-lasting feedback. 
         

 

Mei Lin
Senior Peeler


Mr. Lin MEI is professional consultant with more than 10 years experience in education and training industry. After graduation from normal university, he worked in a public school as a teacher. A large number of teachings offered him the opportunity to combine the theory and practice, and to search for the ways of improving the effectiveness of learning.

Mr. Lin MEI’s started his career of training when he worked for athe training center of a pharmaceutical company. As the main distributor of China market, SHAPHAR plays an important role in distribution channel. Mr. Lin Mei helped build the frame of sales management training system.  He also put his hands on the human resource (training and development) project of distribution center.

After his MBA education in Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Mr. Lin MEI has been working with various professional agencies in training and coaching. His main clients are MNCs of Medical / Health Care, Automobile, IT, FMCG industries. Mr. Lin MEI also works for the Executive Development Program of Shanghai Jiao Tong University An Tai Business School. His workshops are among the top welcomed by most students.

Mr. Lin MEI believes that learning comes from self-exploration and the main responsibility of facilitator is to inspire the participants. He likes to facilitate his workshops by simulation games, team discussions, case studies and role plays.
